Patrick J. Burns serves as the Co-Chief Executive Officer of Precision Fabrics. Mr. Burns joined Precision Fabrics in 1998 as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. In 1999, he was named Co-Chief Executive Officer.

Prior to joining Precision Fabrics, Mr. Burns served as Vice President, Sales and Marketing, of the Interior Systems Group of Lear Corporation (a Fortune 250 automotive supplier); and prior to that, Director, Business Development and Investor Relations for Masland Corporation. Other assignments included Staff Financial Analyst for International Business Machines and Assistant Vice President, Wachovia Corporation.

Mr. Burns holds a BA in Economics from Vanderbilt University, and is an honors graduate of the MBA program at the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill.

Mr. Burns, his wife, Liz, and two children, live in Greensboro, North Carolina.
