for Salaried Employees Holidays: 10 days
Vacation: 2-5 weeks (based on length of service)
Medical Plan: The company is self-insured for
medical and dental coverage and provides medical service
through a Preferred Provider Network, a retail and mail
order prescription drug plan through a network provieder
and a dental plan with no network affiliation. The plans
have modest co-pays and deductibles.
Life Insurance: Free life insurance is provided
to all active associates and coverage for dependents
can be obtained at group rates. Business travel insurance
is also provided by the company.
Disability Benefits: The company provides short
term disability and makes available long-term disability
at a low group rate.
Retirement Benefits: The company provides a Defined
