Pilot Line Capabilities

PFG has the capability to produce prototype samples using a myriad of technologies and equipment within the laboratory. Our equipment helps us deliver products to our customers in a timely and efficient way. Within the lab, trial swatches can be fabricated up to 20 inches x 18 inches. Sample prototyping can be scaled-up to continuous rolls at 18 inches wide for coated and finished substrates and 12 inches wide for adhesively laminated substrates. Other capabilities include slitting and calendering.
