At Precision Fabrics Group, Research and Development plays a key role in the development, implementation, and commercialization of new products. Our R&D group specializes in custom development of unique products through the use of chemistry, lamination, and other manufacturing capabilities. Our chemists, process engineers, and technicians have extensive knowledge of fabric characteristics, finishing chemistry, and production process capability. Strong relationships have been established with major nonwoven suppliers and film producers. This allows for broad substrate sourcing capabilities. The group has extensive laboratory prototyping capabilities combined with comprehensive testing abilities that promote efficient and effective development of the "right" product.
